I also had it tested on a new website (local) and the issue still occurred there unfortunately. So it’s really a plugin issue. No plugin conflicts and all that. I also tested adding the shortcode in another page but it remained the same. I also checked that. No issues again. But thank you for your help though. I found something. The members showed up after clicking Sort functionality but that’s not good. I don’t know why the page remains blank til Sort is clicked. I tried turning off “Custom Sorting” and it still didn’t work either.
