 * Hi.
    My site just came up with the exact same error. It was fine on Chrome using
   a Mac, but wasn’t on Safari on Mac, or Chrome + Explorer on a Windows OS. Can
   you please advise the fix? It says resolved but there is no solution visible.

 * You have to update the plugin to the latest version. However, when you update
   it will lose all the old information in the tables of your database. I’ve searched
   for a solution to the latter case, but nothing turned up
