 * I’ve worked around this issue by adding a spacer block in place of adding text,(
which I never want to to do anyhow, for accessibility and readability purposes.)
I then change the height of the spacer to the desired height of the cover block
   that I want.

 * I resolved this issue with Toolkit for Elementor.
    Under JS Optimization > Defer
tab: – Enable “Defer Javascript” – Enable “Optimize Render-Blocking jQuery Scripts”–
Add file url to Exclusion list of JS files from being deferred: /wp-includes/

 * Sure thing. My plan is to launch the site first, hopefully July 1st, so they
can access it, right now it’s private during development.
 * Then I will fill out their [API call increase request form](https://www.zillow.com/webservice/APIUpgradeRequest.htm)
to get an upgrade. (_You need to log in to your Zillow account first to get to
   the form._)
 * The text on the form reads:
 * > Prior to submitting an API call increase request, please make sure you have
   > completed these steps:
    - Read and agreed to Terms of Use
    - Followed the branding requirements
    - Integrated Zillow content into a test site that we can access (make sure to
      include the disclaimer)
 * > If you are requesting access to our GetRegionPostings API or Mortgage API,
   > please submit the form below and someone will get back to you.
 * > Please use your primary e-mail address — it will be used to contact you with
   > any modifications that need to be made in order to comply with our Terms of
   > Use. Changing the e-mail address on this form will not change your permanent
   > e-mail address on your Zillow account.
 * You also need to supply:
Email: Phone: API URL: Vertical: (Real Estate Broker)
API Request Type: – API Call Increase – GetRegionPostings API – Mortgage API –
Recent Sales Data – **Local Market Explorer WordPress Plugin** – Tracking Code

 * Thanks for the response. Your Plugin is AWESOME! I looked into the API Terms
for Zillow’s Mortgage Calculator and it limits 1000 calls per day. This is the
culprit I believe. Now I just have to track down who to contact over there to
make the request to increase it.
