   solution for this, I’ve had to go to now a second developer to see if they can
   solve it, so if anyone here can help explain this in layman’s terms, would be
   appreciated.

 * Hi [@sammysamp](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sammysamp/) yes, the site
   has always been password protected. They did some recent updates and it broke
   the login functionality, so all the plugins had to be deactivated and reinstalled(
   several times) and after everything was back up and running, this issue with 
   past/future months arose. 
   Thank you for the articles – above my pay grade, will
   have to forward to developer.

 * Hi everyone, I was having the same problem on Firefox and Chrome, but then was
   able to get in via Safari. Updated all the plugins, including JetPack, and it
   fixed it. Good luck!
