Hi – I was having the same issue – no verification emails were being received – I tried multiple user email addresses, and checked the spam folders etc – then I realised I MUST create the “Verification” page and select that in the User Verification > General > Choose verification page. It now works perfectly 🙂
Well… I am trying to activate the “ban offending IP addresses” within Ninja Firewall, and get the error as shown above. When I went to the Nintech site it redirected me here – so here is where I posted the question. Not sure what my other otions are.
