 * Ok thanks. I downloaded a plugin that will let me customize the url; I changed
   old posts back to the their old url so I won’t lose my social media stats and
   new posts will follow the new permalink format.

 * Ok thanks. I literally don’t know anything. This morning I learned the difference
   between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. No clue- ha!

 * I also submitted an email help ticket to jet pack. I need this resolved….anyone?!

 * My hosting company said I need to call the maker of this plugin to resolve this
   issue, but there’s apparently no calling WordPress support? So I need a legit
   WordPress moderater to handle this.
