 * SOLVED !
 * It is a problem of irregular upgrading of WordPress without upgrade the Network.
   Just go to the –
 * 1. Dashboard and disable the plugins, If plugins are visible in the dashboard,
   manually rename the plugin folder.
 * 2. reset the username in the database, if username was changed from phpMyAdmin,
   if the plugins.php shows the access denied.
 * [http://example.com/wp-admin/plugins.php](http://example.com/wp-admin/plugins.php)
 * 3. Then go to the network and at the top, upgrade the network.
 * 4. Go to the .htaccess file and replace the code.
 * AND THEN YOU ARE SET.

 * i will explain more in detail.
 * the script i post is to be executed in home page only.
 * and i have a myscripts.js file in which i place api calls to their respective
   js files. e.g bootstrap carousel api for controlling carousel things like interval.
 * when i try to go e.g on contact us page which is placed in toogle container(means
   the container has jQuery toggle class).
    the toggle function gets effected due
   to above posted script.
 * How can i control the above posted script by placing in the myscripts file.(Controlling
   means how can i check in js file which template is loaded.)

 * Its was just reporting. I usually installed the WordPress again in server due
   to dead lines of projects then importing the content with importer.
 * So i thought i will this time do whatever will happen.
