 * Its fixed, just set these to lines in wp-config to false.
    ** define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’,
   false); define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_MODS’, false);

 * I removed the plugin, but the problem is still there with the following:

 * I still cannot figure it out, now i saw I cannot update any plugins as it says
   again no access to update_core.php

    Where do I find it in FTP access on the server the

 * Yes the user has admin rights:

    The current
   WP Verison is: **5.8.3**

   an update yet**, but I do have enough backups.
 * [@lcf](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lcf/) I did so before and the site
   stopped working after that so I recreated a backup
