If one places any picture into a _Page_, that picture becomes the _Featured Image_. 2. The _Page_ template places the _Featured Image_ at the top of your page. 3. There is no way to disable either #1 or #2. * Thus, if you wish to place a picture at the top of a Page, your readers will see two pictures at the top of the page. * Yes this has been discussed in other threads. Working now. FWIW, here is what I got back from DISQUS: * _Try enabling the ‘Output Javascript in footer’ checkbox under Advanced Options in the Disqus plugin. This will output Disqus JavaScript in the footer and should fix this._ * If that doesn’t work, this may be caused by your current theme or a plugin. You can test this by temporarily reverting to the default WordPress theme and (if comments counts are still not working) temporarily disabling all plugins except for Disqus. * The Disqus wordpress plugin is designed to replace #comments with #disqus_thread, but this may not work for all WordPress themes. * Thank you for a terrific theme. Lol. * 1. “I don’t understand what the point spread function does, or should do.” It would be an edit-able field where a hyphen is currently placed. It would serve a cosmetic purpose letting me tell my players what the point spread is. See help page for the correct format._ * so now i will try to do 18 columns and will let you know if that fixes it. but i think the prob may be on the code side. * (separately, would be nice if the date format were not so rigid.) * thanks.
