So I tried something, and found it was actually the directories-child-master that caused the error. The plugin I found from your support forum for making the search button in line with the 3 select input. When I deactivate the child master, this list show correctly. The orders tab on vendors’ admin page had gone missing, and when I try to reset the settings, it’s still unable to revert. What should I configure to get back the orders page in the wordpress admin page?
