 * Just adding some more information.
 * When I enter the search term in the box and submit it, the page reloads with 
   the url displaying a ?s=searchterm after the main url. The content just displays
   like it always does.
 * Maybe this helps.

 * I resolved the problem by reinstalling WordPress 2.06.

   Does anyone think I should try and revert back to 2.06?
