    it’s resolved. I had to pay someone $113 to fix it. Not fun. But I appreciate you reaching out with suggestions. Thanks.

    I had to pay someone $113 to fix it. Not a fan of WordPress and the need to essentially be a developer to run the darn thing.

    Hey Ronald, thanks for the input. How do I change the theme if I can’t get into the Dashboard (wp-admin page)?

    Also, we’d still need to figure out how to get into the Dashboard, right? I wish we could figure out the root cause.

    Does anyone know a subject-matter-expert who can help resolve this issue?

    I have the same issue. Occurred yesterday. My business has shut down essentially. I’m not familiar with any trouble-shooting techniques on WordPress. I also use a KingSumo Giveaway plug-in. What would happen if I re-load WordPress manually (if that’s possible)? Would I lose my KingSumo plug-in and all the related data? I just finished a giveaway last night (the last 8-10 hours the site was down) so I can’t lose all the data (at least I hope I can’t).

    Thoughts?
