I have encountered the following error on three Wordfence installations that were previously working correctly:
Scan failed: wp_remote_post() test to noc1.wordfence.com failed! Response was: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to noc1.wordfence.com port 443 after 3006 ms: Could not connect to server.
I have followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps and contacted my ISP to check for any communication blocks. Since the issue persists, I would like to ask if you have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem. Could you confirm if my IP address might be blocked on your servers?
