 * Sorry, but this is also breaking standard Contact Form 7 forms that don’t submit
   payment information. So they shouldn’t have Amount or Country fields

 * I have found the `[my_calendar_event event=”” template=”<h3>{title}</h3>{description}”
   list=”<li>{date}, {time}</li>” before=”<ul>” after=”</ul>”]` shortcode that allows
   you to limit the putput to a particular event, however this shows all events,
   past present and future and I cannot find a way to limit this to just the future
   events. I need an amalgamation of the two shortcodes.

 * Are not active plugins, I have also tried disabling “Remove query strings from
   static resources” and “W3 Total Cache”

 * It’s one of the biggest sites I’ve built so far and nearly ll of the plugins 
   have been requested by the client.
 * After looking through the plugin list I see a number of plugins that have caused
   me problems before, I will try disabling them first.

 * We have had to disable the recaptcha on the live pages, however you can see an

 * I’m currently using Google Chrome Developer tools to see the error after I have
   clicked the ‘I’m not a robot’ box.
