 * I had this problem too and changing all of the wp_ prefixes fixed it. The trick
   is to find all of them. The “wp_user_roles” field is in the “wp_options” table
   and for my installation it was on page 4. If you’re using phpmyadmin make sure
   you look through all of the pages. You will also have to make changes to the 
   wp_ prefixes in the usermeta table.
