 * For each page choose ‘Page – Full width’ as the template under Page attributes.
   
   You can also change the template for a page from the Quick edit menu in the list
   of all pages on your site.

 * Moved my site to local to see what I could do but the plugin works locally! Could
   it be that my host has php5.5 and I have php5.4.1 locally?

 * Just tried that, but afraid it’s still not working. I’m still getting ‘form generator
   not active’.

   Everything was working fine until the last WP update. Updated the plugin to most
   recent version too but still no connection with Jotform, neither with the API
   or the blue button. Stuck on the page saying Form generator is not active. Login
   or sign up.
