Just keep good notes incase you (or someone else) need to do something else in the future. * Flynn (the author of the theme) is looking at updating the theme so it will work with wordpress without any hacks. This will not have any new features, it’s meant to bring the code up to date so it won’t need things like the jquery migration helper plugin. That will determine if it is a plugin issue. If it is, add a couple in at a time and test till you find the culprit. * If it is not, then temporally swap to one of the twenty-xxxxx themes and test again. They would automatically add all your pages to one menu and all your categories to the other. This means it is something the theme developer put in the child builder theme.
