 * Thank you. The host was able to talk me through the FTP and re-installing JetPack
   via WordPress. That also brought back the email subscription.

 * I’m sorry, but I don’t understand how to FTP into my site. I just log-in through
   WordPress.org I can’t find the jetpack folder even when I run a search in the
   plugins section of the site.
