In reply to: [Translate Wordpress with GTranslate] Translation not working from MenuThank you for getting back to us.
One quick question however. If there is nothing wrong, how is it that we have complaints from visitors/contractors/conservation projects that the three language links on the main top menu do not actually change the language of the page?
If the menu options are working for you and the pages are translating, please explain why this is not the case for either us or the supporters who have complained to us the translation is not taking place.
Step by step instructions are not needed. The links are there for all to see and their placement was made over a year ago, with all working perfectly fine until recently.
We would appreciate it if you did not go down the path of attempting to infer that we have somehow altered, adjusted, added or deleted something. We have not altered anything and therefore the only reason which feasibly makes sense as to why your plugin appears to have failed, for so many people, is perhaps an incompatibility or adjustment made during your last plugin update.
In any case, we would request that this be addressed please, as, without translation, the loss of translation function potentially looses us donations to our wildlife conservation nonprofit. Something I am sure you would be keen to avoid.
Many thanks.

In reply to: [Translate Wordpress with GTranslate] Translation not working from MenuI don’t think anyone is available or interested in providing support.
Have just been dismissed and ignored by the Chat agent “Suzan”. Incredibly rude.FYI
@edo888Hi there.
Thank you for responding. One small problem however, which you seem to have overlooked … Once updated, it is not possible to re-update.
Are you saying the only solution is for me to uninstall/delete your plugin and then reinstall it? You are aware this will mean I lose all of my settings, blocks, lists, IPs etc?
Would appreciate knowing because we did not touch the installation, as you appear to be inferring, and we, reading in the forum, are not the only user to have experienced this failure. This is a MAJOR inconvenience and liability to security you have caused here.
Thank you.

In reply to: [what3words Address Field] Catastrophic liabilityThank you for commenting.
However …
1) You have not been in proper contact. That is a lie.
2) Instead you informed me that the issue was the fault of WordPress or the multiple, already proven, plugin authors.
3) Your plugin has been proven to cause these failures. The study was carried out with WordPress and the other plugin companies, all of which are mainstream, none of which have ever failed to engage, unlike your company.
4) You were contacted for assistance over a dozen times before responding. You failed to meet even the basic customer care standards.
5) You were provided with all the available data at the time of reporting the error. Your contention that you were not is again a lie.… and 6) Your W3W company Directors have since confirmed that they are in fact very aware of several incompatibility issues which prevent the plugin from working properly, with WordPress and with other platforms, such as Drupal.
Your response is clearly designed to publicly belittle my response and obfuscate the true issue, by apportioning blame on your users or other reputable plugin companies, rather than admitting your plugin does not function. This is deplorable and unprofessional.
Recommend you take responsibility and remove the plugin from WordPress until you have fixed it. To do anything else is irresponsible and unprofessional.
Do not contact me again.

In reply to: [what3words Address Field] WordPress Page IntegrationHi.
Thanks for getting back to me … after 3 WEEKS.
FYI … your tutorial is not applicable and is a waste of time.
Your plugin causes catastrophic failures of the website through adverse interactions with a spectrum of other, established and mainstream use plugins.
Your plugin is clearly incompatible with WordPress and should be deleted immediately and reworked (and properly tested) before relisting.
You will need to do the same for other platforms, eg Drupal.

@rozroz Hi. No link to a page because I can’t get anything to show up whatever page I use, even a new one.

In reply to: [WordPress Button Plugin MaxButtons] Password on a buttonThanks Bas.
Appreciate the reply.
On the principle of keeping the number of plugins to a minimum to avoid conflicts, I just wanted to check if the password request action could be added to MB buttons specifically. Still keeping MB because it’s a great plugin, but now I know buttons can’t have password requests, I’ll look to a suitable dedicated password plugin.
Cheers for the guidance.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Modern Events Calendar Lite] Discovered plugin conflictHi there

In reply to: [Modern Events Calendar Lite] Discovered plugin conflictHave been in touch with Visualizer.
They sent me this explanation which I am passing on to you …
“this probably happens because the calendar plugin loads the media view javsacript files where it should not. Specifically https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/modern-events-calendar-lite/trunk/app/libraries/factory.php#L247, which, if commented out, makes the conflict disappear. You can contact their support to seek a fix for this.”
Please specify a solution.
Thank you. After a lot of work I finally worked out which plugin Visualizer will not work with.
It will not work with “Modern Events Calendar” (Lite or Pro) from Webnus (webnus.net).Activating MEC stops your plugin showing any actions/charts when a new chart is to be added. Visualizer goes back to working immediately after MEC is deactivated.
Please address this issue as we would like to use your plugin to assist with our support of front line medical staff in the fight against Covid-19.
Webnus have also been informed.
