 * Thank you for your reply webjunk,
 * This is an install for a customer where they need this to be fixed today. We
   have a new hosting platform we are going to migrate them to, using the newest
   software. However, due to business needs we can not manage the migration right
   now. It is imperative to them that this existing install be working today. I
   have gone through all of the settings, forums and looked at “known” issues. Because
   of the hosting solution they are using, I do not have ssh access.
 * I just found a 550 Meg log file in the directory for a plugin called wildirismediatool.
   I can not find anything related to this plugin on google, the link in the plugin
   page goes to a site that has on reference to this specific plugin. This file
   is reading quite slowly due to the size, however I see a reference to the gallery
   in the log. However, the plugin that is facilitating the actual gallery and showing
   up under gallery on the admin page is nextgen. I don’t want to deactivate the
   wildiris plugin without knowing more about it.
 * Anyone know anything about this plugin?
 * xcloner has been installed and backups run to start the migration, however again
   this customer will not accept this solution to fix this issue today.
 * It’s like being between a rock and a hard place.
 * Jon
