 * I wrote through their website support ticket system and got this answer, in case
   anyone else is wondering:
 * _“Regarding the Azure Client Secret, yes, if you create a client secret with
   a 6-month expiration period, the secret will expire after 6 months, and the Outlook/
   Microsoft 365 connection will stop working until the secret is renewed._
 * _You can select a longer expiration period when creating the client secret (see
   [screenshot](https://prnt.sc/heZXME_c1SZ2)) to reduce how often it needs to be
   renewed. _
 * _FluentSMTP does not automatically renew Azure client secrets. The renewal process
   needs to be completed manually within your Azure application._
 * _Regarding notifications, FluentSMTP does not currently send an automatic notification
   specifically when an Azure client secret expires or the connection fails. However,
   you may notice email delivery failures in the email logs if the connection becomes
   invalid._
 * _As for the PHP Mailer fallback, FluentSMTP supports fallback connection (see
   [screenshot](https://prnt.sc/xKFfFHIvQw-i)). FluentSMTP will attempt to use the
   fallback connection if the primary connection encounters an issue.”_

 * Thank you Mircea.
 * I’ve followed the instructions but am running into some additional trouble.
 * **1) Confused about where to find the GA4 ID in the plugin settings**
 * In the instructions you’ve linked to, I am having trouble with this part under
   the heading “Capturing Consent for Specific Services (Advanced)”
 * _“For example, let’s say you have a service with the ID facebook\_pixel configured
   in the plugin settings.”_
 * Where would I find the GA4 ID in the plugin settings?
 * In WPConsent, since I only see the cookie “Google Tag Manager”, I’m not able
   to see where any ID would be for GA4.
 * Due to the above issue, I am not able to test per these instructions:
 * _“For a thorough test, accept a specific service (like Facebook Pixel) but decline
   the general category it might be in.”_
 * The reason is that there is no way to do so for Google Analytics, since the only
   cookie that appears says “Google Tag Manager.”
 * That said, we have a Google Tag Manager cookie under “Statistics” and a Google
   Maps cookie under “Marketing”. Attempting to turn them on or off also turns on
   or off the entire category. I guess this because there is only one item in each
   category?
 * **I can confirm I have enabled “Allow site visitors to toggle individual services
   from the preferences panel.” **I clicked on Save.
 * **2) Floating toggle doesn’t appear**
 * I also tried to enable this setting: “Show a floating button to manage consent
   after the banner is dismissed.”
 * However, the floating button never appears. I needed this so I could test the
   cookie by turning them on and off without having to re-open a new Incognito mode
   for each preference.
 * I cleared WP Engine and Cloudflare cache and got the same results. I also cleaned
   Asset Cleanup cache. Those are the only caches I’m aware of on the site.
 * I’m sorry if this is obvious, but I just couldn’t figure out.
 * I really appreciate the guidance. If these are known issues, or if I’ve configured
   something incorrectly, please let me know.
 * Thank you again.

 * Hello Mircea, thank you again.
 * I’ll send you the link privately, thank you for offering that.
 * In case it helps other people on the forum, I’ll add the following information:
 * We’re using the GTM4WP plugin to add Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager contains
   a GA4 tracking script.
 * We are not using “Default allow.”
 * Additional settings:
    - Consent Banner – enabled
    - Script Blocking – enabled
    - Google Consent Mode – disabled
    - Settings Button – disabled
    - Default Allow – disabled
    - Toggle Services – disabled
    - Cookie Categories – default
    - Content Blocking – enabled for all service options in the plugin
    - Consent Duration – set to “30” (default)
 * We used the scanner to find the cookies.
 * If any of this sounds like the culprit I’d love to know how to fix this, or if
   it requires a paid version of the plugin.
 * Thank you again.

 * Hello Mircea , thank you for your reply.
 * I think something is not right. The plugin blocks on first load, but if there
   is reload, it stops blocking.
 * I can confirm:
    - Script blocking is enabled
    - Google Consent mode is off
    - I’m now testing on a live site and viewing in incognito mode in Chrome
 * Google’s AI mode explains it to me this way when I copy and paste the ga code
   and ask it to tell me if the cookies are being blocked:
 * > This is **not blocking**. In fact, this is the “loosest” configuration you
   > have shown yet. It is essentially **No Consent Mode** at all.
   > Here is the breakdown of why this is **non-compliant** for regions like Quebec
   > or the EU:
   > 1. The `gcd` parameter is “Default” (`13l3l3l3l1l1`)
   > The “l” in this string stands for **“Not Set.”** This tells Google that your
   > consent plugin has **not** communicated any status (neither denied nor granted).
   > As a result, Google Analytics is running at full capacity as if no privacy
   > law applies.
   > 2. The `gcs` parameter is Missing
   > In your earlier attempts, you had `gcs=G100` (which meant “Consent Denied,
   > sending cookieless ping”). In this current version, that parameter is **gone**.
 * Not only that, but after I click “reject”, the cookie remains.
 * Is there a way to fix this so that the plugin absolutely blocks all cookies even
   if a page is reloaded, or loaded once, or in any other circumstance? And of course,
   when cookies have been rejected?
 * Thank you again for your help.

 * Yes this works as a ‘blanket’ solution to remove access to those menu items entirey.
 * Thank you!
 * I’m curious how it can be used to still allow the editing based on user ID?
 * This means if say, admin User 1 and 2 are designers, they can access those menus.
   But if they are admin user 3 or 4, they can not.
 * Thank you again!

 * I really appreciate your fast reply!
 * Thank you so much.
 * However, the client will need to add admins on their own later. If this code
   only applies to a user ID, that would mean the client could add a new admin,
   then log in with that other user account, and have full access, is that correct?
 * Also, this still leaves the GeneratePress menu item available, and from there,
   they can access all the Customize settings, even if the menu item itself is not
   available in the left sidebar.
 * Is there a way to disable, and not just hide these settings, either for a particular
   user ID or for everyone?
 * Thank you again.

 * I did a theme switch to Twenty Twenty Four and disabled plugins and re-enabled
   one by one.
 * Lo and behold, it was an issue with WPML Multilingual CMS.
 * I googled and found this thread [https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-my-account-endpoint-tabs-not-working/](https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-my-account-endpoint-tabs-not-working/)
 * I guess a site with WPML using WooCommerce requires WooCommerce Multilingual &
   Multicurrency in order to work, even if no translations are being done or desired
   with WooCommerce.
 * Bizarre to me, but so far, installing WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency
   seems to be a solution.
 * Thank you very much for your prompt reply and willingness to help. It is much
   appreciated.

 * I have discovered that if we navigate to Tickets > Attendees, we don’t get the
   full attendee information.
 * If we click on “Attendees” from the editor where we have created at ticket, then
   we are taken to a page with attendees for one event. That is where we can export
   a CSV with the attendee information fields.
 * This is a bit bizarre. I would suggest a feature whereby attendee fields show
   up in all exports that indicate a list of attendees.
 * How does one navigate to the attendee page for one event from the WordPress menus?
   Is there an easier way to get to this page?

 * Why can’t you just remove the code that is not being used for a particular widget?
   What would one widget’s code have to do with another widget’s code?
 * Can you also please answer this question from the original post:
 * How do we remove all the extra code after deactivating the widget options plugin,
