 * Hi Tara,
 * I have access to phpMyAdmin and changing the siteurl and home URL hasn’t changed
   a thing.
 * My website is still in HTML format and when I try log in through [http://27.121.64.62/~pipi7974/wp-login.php](http://27.121.64.62/~pipi7974/wp-login.php)
   I receive a blank white page. Any other page in regards to my website will 404.
 * The closest I get is by accessing: [http://27.121.64.62/~pipi7974//wp-admin](http://27.121.64.62/~pipi7974//wp-admin)
   and I reach a blank white page but the URL changes to: [http://www.pilpelbythesea.com.au/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F27.121.64.62%2F~pipi7974%2F%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1](http://www.pilpelbythesea.com.au/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F27.121.64.62%2F~pipi7974%2F%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1).

 * Hi Tara,
 * Thank you for your help however, I have followed this step-by-step several times
   now and it still isn’t working for me. Is there anything else you can recommend,
   I am desperate.
