 * Can we expect any response to this?
 * It’s a pretty glaring problem – switching from PC full screen width to tablet
or phone view narrows the header image but doesn’t change the length of the image(
as the poster says above, it’s an aspect ratio issue).

 * That’s sorted it beautifully! Thank you.

 * I managed to rectify the problem by reinstalling the earlier version of the template.
It appears that the earlier version of Lorix Companion removes the stylesheet
style.css and doesn’t replace it, which leads to the formatting problems.
 * As you indicate, it is working fine now but developers might want to look over
   the update package they’re issuing.

 * Having just looked at this again, particularly looking at style.css in the Editor
it appear several of the sections are missing. For example, there is no SERVICES
section in the style.css file despite it being indexed at the beginning. Similarly
for TEAM (which I’m not using anyway) and TESTIMONIALS.
 * It seems the Llorix One Companion has re-written the CSS stylesheet file without
taking these elements into account. Accordingly they are now available in the
   Customizer, but missing from style.css
 * Is there any plan to correct this? The theme was working fine until recently.

 * ^^^ This doesn’t work. The theme re-sizes all of the images to a standard size.
I’ve tried various different sizes as you suggested.
