 * It would be easy to tweak the one I posted [in this thread](http://wordpress.org/support/10/16105),
   this one converts all links to google redirects (to prevent pagerank bonus for
   spammers) but you could easily just remove all the google mentions and it would
   just convert them to normal links.

    To me that looks like it would take 51 minutes
   to read that post. It’s just semantics, but it would be good if it could see 
   that a time is under 60seconds and just use seconds as the time, then step up
   using minutes, hours, etc. Nice plugin though, I might use it (at the moment 
   I have the same thing but it’s hard coded.)
