 * I haven’t looked at it in IE9, but in IE8 and Chrome the bullet points are there.
 * My sidebar is made up of widgets. The bullet points appear in the titles of these
   widgets, but if I leave the title blank, the bullet appears next to the content
   itself. If you look at it in Chrome, there’s a bullet point next to the countdown
   clock widget.
 * I know very little about coding, but based on my limited knowledge I can only
   imagine my template has some kind of class name that isn’t supported by certain
   browsers. Unfortunately I have no idea where to start looking.
