 * The plugin plage says “Compatible up to: 4.3.2” but based on the above information
   I guess that it should work with 4.4.1 – can someone confirm that before I go
   ahead and upgrade? Thanks!

 * So it is! I hadn’t noticed (it’s an option in Settings – PHP Everywhere) and 
   I don’t think it’s mentioned anywhere. Thank you very much. I’ll mark this as
   resolved 🙂

 * I have just seen “manage_downloads” which is of course the answer. I have so 
   many custom capabilities that this was lost on the page! Keep up the good work!
