 * I checked my Apache error and access logs, but there’s nothing there during the
   time period I had the plugin runnng.

 * Check the length of your password to see if it’s more than 12 characters. I noticed
   that it was cutting off my password that was around 20 characters and causing
   the test to fail. Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t say what max length for a 
   password is.
