 * When crawling the entire website for translation, if several pages fail to be
   crawled or translated consecutively, the most reasonable approach would be to
   automatically pause the crawling process. This would prevent the system from 
   continuing with a large number of ineffective operations and wasting time and
   resources.
 * I encountered a typical case during testing. I tested 42 languages, with 2 pages
   requiring translation for each language. In practice, the first 45 pages were
   generated successfully, but from page 46 through page 82, the system continued
   performing ineffective crawling and translation operations without producing 
   valid results.
 * Therefore, I think this process can be further optimized. When the system detects
   several consecutive crawling or translation failures, it should automatically
   pause the current batch task instead of continuing to process the remaining pages.
   This would reduce unnecessary waiting and resource consumption, while allowing
   the user to investigate the issue before resuming the task.
