 * Just updating to say this may be the result of a blocked IP.
 * I support firm who saw this thread reached out an offered to help. (did not tkae
   any money)
 * However on their end the site downloaded just fine.

 * I am not sure if this is an issue or not. But the library url seems to be the
   same as the upload directory?

 * The Personal Theme I am running is a little older and not supported could that
   cause a conflict with 5.1.1?
 * Are you suggesting I shut down Jet Pack completely?

 * Thanks for the fast reply. Yes I think somehow I deactivated a W-3 Cache plugin.
   its reactivated and the feed seems fine.

 * I noticed that the writing proof reader seems to have gone away after installing
   this plug in. Is that possible or did I turn something off?
