 * Hi [@benmeredithgmailcom](https://wordpress.org/support/users/benmeredithgmailcom/)
   I want the ‘click to tweet’ on mobile to launch the twitter app (if installed
   e.g. iOS or Android) but currently BCTT only launches a browser, and a login
   page.
 * Is there a setting or some way to ensure that BCTT which clicked on mobile will
   launch the Twitter app?
 * Thanks
    Joe

 * Install steps:
    – I had a site functioning normal – I installed NextGEN plugin–
   website and Dashboard went to _blank screen_ with ‘Fatal error…’ – to restore
   site the NGG plugin folder was removed by FTP – site was restored, but now not
   functioning as before with display errors
 * These are the steps of installing and uninstalling the NGG plugin. During these
   steps no other elements of the site, plugins or code, were touched. But site
   is now not performing as it did prior to NGG.
 * I wondered what else NGG ‘Fatal Error’ has affected elsewhere on the site that
   would disrupt functionality of the site?

 * This is the same issue I have had, and I agree with [@sviernum](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sviernum/).
   If a plugin is so temperamental and doesn’t play well with others then it can’t
   be used.
 * I think it’s a conflict with jQuery, and seems to crash if there are other plugins
   or jQuery script. Until this is resolved NextGEN is unusable.
 * I had to resort to removing NextGEN from FTP level after the blank screen both
   front end and back end Dashboard was “white screen”. And now, having not been
   able to properly “uninstall plugin and remove all data & files” within WordPress
   dashboard there is STILL left over script that is causing problems with the site
   functionality!
 * Is there an easy way to identify the leftover script that is causing conflict
   and how I can remove it ?? Can Support provide details of what code and script
   is written with installation of the PLugin, and I will try to work backwards
   and remove it??
 * This is Urgent on a live site. Thanks
