The issue was resolved by itself (or if I did something I don’t know what). The General Settings page shows the correct date and time “La hora universal es 14-09-2020 15:12:53. La hora local es **14**-09-2020 10:12:53″. I just realized that part of the text does actually translate. For example, [https://mexgourmet.mx/en/order-now/](https://mexgourmet.mx/en/order-now/) is partially translated.
