 * they’re getting marked as spam. hold for moderation says 0. the only reason i
   knew they were there is because i went to the database and found them there. 
   i was able to change them in the database from ‘spam’ to ‘0’ and then they showed
   up in the moderation.

 * my blacklist is completely blank, no spaces, lines, etc…

 * my problem is not that i’m getting spam, but that all legitimate comments from
   people other than myself are getting marked as spam. for a while i thought no
   one liked me and so they weren’t visiting my sight, but then i looked in the 
   database today and found a whole bunch of comments i’d never seen and they were
   all marked as spam. below are my settings;
 * Usual settings for an article:
    * Attempt to notify any Weblogs linked to from
   the article (slows down posting.)_UNCHECKED_ * Allow link notifications from 
   other Weblogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)_CHECKED_ * Allow people to post comments
   on the article _CHECKED_
 * E-mail me whenever:
    * Anyone posts a comment _CHECKED_ * A comment is held for
   moderation _CHECKED_
 * Before a comment appears:
    * An administrator must approve the comment (regardless
   of any matches below) _UNCHECKED_ * Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
   _CHECKED_ * Comment author must have a previously approved comment _CHECKED_
 * Can anyone help?
