 * Fixed.
 * I enabled the WordPress database repair tool by adding `define( 'WP_ALLOW_REPAIR',
   true );` to your `wp-config.php` file, then accessed the repair function through`
   your-site.com/wp-admin/maint/repair.php`
   The above worked on the second attempt.

 * I’m encountering this same issue. I have a new wordpress multisite installation.
   I’ve implemented all the tips, changed to default theme, deactivated plugins,
   updated browsers, still nothing.
