 * I watched the video you sent me, but my dashboard does not show “Plugins” like
   it did in the video. Please advise.

 * I downloaded the plugin file, but step #1 doesn’t go to anywhere. And I don’t
   know how to activate the plug-in.

 * On that same page was a video about the plug-in, which I couldn’t view. Also,
   I’m not sure how to install the plugin with these directions:
 * Installation
    1. Upload the plugin folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
    2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
    3. Go to **Export/Import Media** in the WordPress admin menu to start using the
       tool.

 * Thank you for getting back to me. 2 things. 1) There’s no sound on this video.
   2) I’m unclear how to access the plugin that’s needed.
