 * Thank you! Just opened a ticket with the host. I’ll report back my findings. 
   I will add, I have several sites on this server, but only one domain is experiencing
   this issue.

 * I have the DB backup as well. Can you point me into the right direction as to
   which SQL files require import into MyPHPAdmin

 * No blank page. I am just getting the first Hello World post as opposed to my 
   original content.
 * The host has already confirmed the same versions of PHP and MySQL.
 * I followed the troubleshooting guide here to ensure all steps were properly taken.

 * Still looking to get some input on why I cannot see my original content after
   restoring from backup.

 * Thanks for the input. I have gotten to the dashboard now but I dont see my content
   of what it was at the time of the backup. All I see is the hello world post. 
   Any advise towards getting my content back onto the site?

 * Ya. That’s what brings me here. Im trying to see about getting help to fix this
   DB issue.
