 * Hi! Thanks for responding.
 * The users actually wanted them to stay closed by default, so problem averted
   for the moment. I will contact you if they change their mind and we still have
   problems with the display. Thank you for you help, great plugin!

 * Hi!
 * We can’t use sendmail because of the type of servers we use. We do however have
   the SMTP settings already set and active and we are still getting this error.
   I tested a separate SMTP config plugin and did a test email with that to confirm
   that the site does indeed send email correctly, so it must be something within
   the DAS SMTP logic?
 * I don’t mind poking around in there, I just wanted to confirm whether or not
   you guys have seen this happen before. We really just need this test to work,
   the extensions to this plugin make it totally usable for our case scenario and
   it doesn’t seem like any other plugins come close.

 * Thanks for getting back to me. We have a site set up for the specific purpose
   of using your plugin, so the only active plugins at the moment are the DAS plugin
   and the Custom Post Templates plugin. We have the default Twenty Fourteen theme.
 * We do have the site installed on a Microsoft IIS 7 server, if that makes any
   difference. It seems like an AJAX or mail issue.
 * I can give you temporary login information if that helps.
 * That last console message to fire before the error is this:
 * console.log(‘Form process sending’);

 * We are going to move a copy of our site with this issue into a development environment
   where we can debug things like this. We will let you know if we find anything.

 * [@cbridges](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cbridges/) we have the same issue
   still after the update and we did not update to 3.8.1, we are still on 3.8. Must
   be something else.
 * I’m wondering why it would load on a page refresh and no on the first load. I’t
   very strange stuff. I can only think that it is a compatibility issue with a
   theme or plugin.

 * If you would like to see an example, we just noticed it on one of our sites:
 * ULV Law
 * If you click on previous events, it will say “There were no results found.” But
   if you refresh the page, it shows past events. Strange!
    This also happens when
   you try and use the “Events From” feature, and also when you navigate to a single
   event page, then hit the back button on your browser. Any ideas based on these
   pages?

 * [@bhuwanroka](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bhuwanroka/) I’m thinking now
   that this is just a complication of our CSS interfering with the responsive plugin.
   We are kind of worked backwards on mobile. I see that your example is correct
   so I just implemented a manual fix for the problem in question. Thanks for the
   demo link though, it helps to understand the make up behind the plugin.

 * So for example if I had something like a multi-column list with three fields “
   Type”, “Color”, “Shape” and I needed to import 5 rows into one entry I would
   do something like this?
 * “Type1, Color1, Shape1″,”Type2, Color2, Shape2″,”Type3, Color3, Shape3″,”Type4,
   Color4, Shape4″,”Type5, Color5, Shape5”
 * I guess the question is can we have csv within a csv for the List type. I couldn’t
   seem to get this to work.

 * Hi kasal,
 * I think people looking to keep users on their site by utilizing a lightbox type
   solution or small new browser might find this useful, also if we could do a lightbox
   type solution we could stylize it a bit to fit the brand. A quick example is
   the new window size on the share buttons over at Mashable: [http://mashable.com/](http://mashable.com/)
