 * Rev Voodoo,
 * As I said, I accomplished what I accomplished but I now realize that it only
   solved part of the issue. I was attempting to remove references to Posted on
   not only on the post, but on the permalinked page. My “fix” took care of the
   Posted on in terms of the post but it still shows up on the permalinked page
   for that post. Now that I understand something about manipulating the code, what
   files and code do I need to adjust in the child theme to accomplish this.
 * Since I’m on a roll, I’d also like to remove “posted in” and “tags” from the
   footer of the post as well as the permalinked page. Any thoughts?

 * I am really in a state of shock. I actually “did it” and it worked. I had to
   go into my C-Panel, which I am loathe to do, and seached backward to find the
   folder and create the content.php in the right place. Thank you.

 * A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. I think I understand this now and will
   create
    a separate “content.php file” and make the change in THAT file. I just
   never did this before…at all!
 * Thank you.
