 * New info:
    I did find a way to change my ‘404 to Start’ plug-in. It allowed me
   to turn it off under ‘settings.’ so now all the things above are bouncing to 
   a ‘nothing found’ page on my site.

 * Update:

 * Problem solved. I finally found a plug-in to monitor and execute and remove cron
   jobs. I recommend it. You can manually execute the jobs to send the emails. I
   sent them all and cleared the queue.
 * This plug-in is called Advanced Cron Manager by Kuba Mikita.
