 * I contacted the theme developers and it turns out there was an update to fix 
   the problem, so it now works.

 * ps: You said that if I am using Payments Pro then I don’t need to set Express
   Checkout to allow guest checkout. So should I just use Express Checkout and not
   use Payments Pro, or should I uncheck guest checkout and keep using Payments 
   Pro?

 * Yes, I have them properly setup – I have checked and double checked all of the
   settings.
 * For PayPal Express I have “Allow customers to checkout without a PayPal account
   using their credit card” and I have PayPal Optional turnded on in my PayPal account
   profile under Website preferences.
 * I also have PayPal Website Payments Pro(DoDirectPayment) enabled.
 * I am using the Adrenalin theme and I will contact them to find out if it is a
   problem on their end – they updated the theme on 2-16-15.
 * I do have SSL installed on my site.
 * Any other suggestions?
