 * Michael I can see where I can assign coupons to products, but that isn’t quite
   what I want.
 * I have coupons in group A(simplifying for ease of understanding)
    1. 15% off 
   2. 20% off 3. 25% off
 * and coupons in group B
    1. $10 off 2. $15 off 3. $20 off
 * I want people to be able to use one of the percentage coupons and one of the 
   $x off coupons but no more than one from either group.
