In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] 403 Forbidden access to minified javascriptI have the same problem but not only for JS but also for CSS.
My PHP logs shows an error message; (36)File name too long. Reducing the filename seems to be the solution for this problem. How simple life can be 🙂
I will wait for a update and in the meantime I’ve disabled minify for JS and CSS.
I had the same problem and found the solution.
When selecting CSS Tidy as CSS Minifier on the General Tab, the urls are converterd the correct way.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Page cache not preloadingHave a look under wp-content\plugins\w3-total-cache\lib\W3\Plugin\PgCacheAdmin.php
You should give Crone Jobs some time to process everything. My advice; make the adjustments and let is go for a day to see the result.
The folder /wp-content/w3tc/pgcache/ should be filled with files when every else is configured correctly.
For me this is the solution.
Backup your PgCacheAdmin.php file, try it and share your experience on the topic.
