 * It seems the answer is that you can only assign one category to each post if 
   you want it to show up in the portfolio section with the portfolio template. 
   Assign any more categories to a post and the upper nav gets screwed up and the
   blog template loads.
 * This is hands down, the strangest template I’ve ever worked with. So many quirks!!!
