I can’t remember the exact specifics, it was a while ago, but i contacted dotster and they explained how to fix it. I had to go to a control panel, turn on php5 and turn off php3. Not having turned off php3 was where my problem had been (it doesn’t work if they’re both on). I think the setting was under a cgi script control panel, or maybe it was under applications…. Hope this helps some.
Did you ever resolve this problem? I’m going through this dance with Dotster right now. I’m curious if there’s any point or do I spend the time more wisely by looking into migrating to a new host.
