 * Same here, the visual editor is not working with WP 3.4.1 It’s a shame too, this
   is a really useful plugin for end-users who want to use widget areas, but don’t
   know html.

 * Open the Roles for Administrator and You’ll notice that the Headway permissions
   are added, but not automatically checked (3 or 4) . Check those, Save, and you
   should be all set.
