Thank you for your reply. It seems like I have to do this conflict test to locate the issue. I’ll find a way to make a backup and test.
For those comments, I found they happened a long time ago. I’ve been using Wordfence for a long time, but I still got them. Also, I changed the setting 2 months ago; my yes/no checkbox is opposite to the red part in your picture.
Today I log in to the WP, and I still can not edit any web pages (meta description, meta title, url handle, cover image and some yoast seo functions in that page). I can only access them from the web front (edit with Divi ) :).Update: Wordfense scan and find the debug.log is a critical issue, should I remove them?

There are 2000+ items listed, repeated, almost the same thing. So I guess, the issue maybe caursed by Divi Editor?Besides, I add the query monitor plugin, PHP Error display:

Also, I can’t edit every blog, not just the scheduled one. And, I test the Page too, can’t edit either.
Also, I have another issue too. Today when I log in to my WP, I found some comments strange, how:
1. I don’t have a comment box in any of my blogs.
2. check out the image:[image 2]

Hi, Thank you for your help. I tested it several times on my website, the value is updated normally, I can see my test submissions. They all can be checked. I am just so confused there are still some submissions I can’t checked. The total value of submission (dashboard value) is not equal to the total value of all submissions from all forms combined.
As the forms are for RFQ purpose, I’m very concerned about this issue.
