 * Ok, that makes sense. It’s looking like the problem is related to some idiosyncracies
   of the the7 theme. They have a crazy setup with encrypted settings that wind 
   up dynamically writing files to the uploads directory. I can see what they were
   thinking, really, but it’s a challenging use case to deal with.
 * To answer your question, yes I’m using it through: wpackagist-plugin/ilab-media-
   tools

 * I had the same issue. It looks like the problem was that I’d disabled the visual
   editor. (I had a js error that said:
    [Error] ReferenceError: Can’t find variable:
   tinyMCE before (edit.min.js, line 1) (anonymous function) (admin.min.js, line
   2) dispatch (load-scripts.php, line 3) handle (load-scripts.php, line 3)
 * ht_merchant, if you disabled the visual editor as well, you may want to try turning
   it back on while using the forms
