 * I have tried disabling everything and it is still not working right. I can’t 
   figure it out. I do know that I have a theme and another plug-in that use prototype.
   js but they store the javascript in their own folders, which is a bad idea. It
   is creating quite the chaos.

 * Your template is set up to center it so since there isn’t as much text after 
   it it is out of sync with the other two boxes.
 * You can add some non-breaking spaces in there to get it to line up. They look
   like this: &nbsp
