ah ok, just seemed to need a while until the php changes are active. now it looks like this:

the function “allow_url_fopen” is now active, but i still can’t see any difference.

thxprobably my fault, after restoring the whole system and updating to 3.1.3 again it se ems to work fine now. so it might have been a fault of mine when i made the update. sorry..
