 * I see the same phenomia here. Actually I have one site in Swedish and one in 
   Japanese. (Both sites have been installed as swedish and japanese localized versions.
   Further, I cannot make swedish character appear properly if written within a 
   php-file. It does work however if I write the swedish characters in an html file
   and then include that file into the php file. Indeed funny and annoying appreciate
   any suggestions on how to go about
