 * I followed the instructions and it was just a mess, as I describe above.
 * There were no tontact details, no chat option.
 * As I said, it seemed like a great solution to a specific problem, maybe you’ve
   made adjustments, i don’t now. After my initial experience I have no desire to
   try it again.
